These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pade4d platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use pade4d. We enforce strict age verification through KYC procedures. Accounts created by underage users will be terminated and any balance forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one active pade4d account. Duplicate accounts — whether detected by name, address, device fingerprint, or payment method — will be merged or closed, with bonuses voided and winnings from duplicate usage subject to review.
All bonuses awarded by pade4d are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Requirements, eligible games, and expiry windows are stated in full on each individual bonus offer page. Reading the specific bonus terms before claiming is strongly recommended.
pade4d prohibits any form of collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated bots, or exploitation of software errors. Accounts found engaging in these activities will be suspended and all associated winnings voided pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests above Rp 500.000 require a fully verified (KYC-approved) account. Funds are disbursed only to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the member's own name. Third-party payment arrangements are not permitted.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pade4d holds its international gaming license. Any unresolved dispute will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

By accessing the Platform, clicking "I Agree" during the registration process, or by placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full, together with pade4d's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pade4d. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual or entity to these terms.
pade4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, pade4d will post a notice on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions simultaneously:
pade4d does not warrant that the use of its Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your country or territory of residence. pade4d does not provide legal advice and expressly disclaims any liability arising from your failure to comply with applicable local laws.
To access the full functionality of the Platform, including placing Wagers and making Withdrawals, you must register an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address.
You are strictly limited to one Account per person. Holding multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. pade4d employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, payment method matching, and behavioral analytics to detect duplicate Accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate Accounts may be closed, Bonus Funds voided, and net winnings from the duplicate Account forfeited.

pade4d will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or phone. Any communication purporting to request your password is fraudulent. You should report such communications to pade4d's support team immediately.
pade4d is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawals above Rp 500.000 or upon triggering an internal risk review. KYC verification may be requested at any time at pade4d's sole discretion.

Failure to provide KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of a formal request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. Continued non-compliance beyond 30 days may result in Account closure. pade4d will make reasonable efforts to return any verified deposit balance to its original funding source in such cases.
pade4d accepts deposits from Members via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page.

pade4d does not accept deposits made using credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any method not explicitly listed on the Platform's deposit page. Attempting to deposit via an un supported method may result in funds being lost in transit, for which pade4d accepts no liability.
Members may request withdrawals of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawal requests are processed to the Member's registered bank account or e-wallet only. pade4d does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

pade4d offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on each individual promotion page, as well as the general conditions set out in this clause.
All Wagers placed on the Platform are governed by the specific game rules applicable to that product category — sports betting, live casino, togel lottery, slot games, or crash games — as published in the relevant rules section of the Platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Balance:
pade4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete KYC, suspected fraudulent activity, or a request by the Member themselves.
Upon permanent Account closure for reasons not attributable to Member misconduct, pade4d will return the verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) to the Member's registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account for responsible gaming reasons may do so by contacting pade4d's support team. Accounts closed for this reason are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before reinstatement can be considered. All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the pade4d brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of pade4d or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without pade4d's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pade4d, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
pade4d's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pade4d does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages are communicated where reasonably practicable, but pade4d accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
pade4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pade4d implements technical and organizational security measures appropriate to the risk level of data processing activities carried out on the Platform, including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular penetration testing.
pade4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide all Members with access to Responsible Gaming Tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available through your Account settings at any time.

pade4d reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where revisions are material — such as changes to eligibility criteria, withdrawal conditions, or bonus policy — pade4d will publish a notice on the Platform's homepage and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page at least 7 days before the revised terms take effect.
For non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing clauses, or updates to contact information — pade4d may update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pade4d's international gaming license is issued.
In the event of a dispute between pade4d and a Member, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails to produce a resolution within 30 calendar days of the dispute being formally raised in writing, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration administered by the dispute resolution body designated by pade4d's licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause limits a Member's right to make a formal complaint to pade4d's customer support team, or to escalate an unresolved complaint to the applicable licensing authority's player dispute process.
